LKS08 is a series of high-performance motor-control MCU. These chips integrate instrument grade fully-differential programmable gain amplifiers and differential Analog-Digital-Converter (ADC), which could process positive/negative input signals without voltage bias. The ADC provides a 12bit resolution and 3Msps sampling rate. Voltage reference could achieve a ±5‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The internal 32bit CPU and DSP are running on a clock of 96MHz. The DSP is based on a customized instruction set architecture and could be used as an independent heterogeneous core running parallelly with CPU. It is capable of performing a CORDIC/SQRT/DIV multi-cycle instruction in less than 100ns. Working temperature is between -40~105℃, The internal RC clock could achieve a ±1‰ accuracy in full temperature range. The chip has passed 6KV HBM contact ESD test and 15kV non-contact air ESD test.
