12工位（6工位繞線+6工位裝卸）自動繞線，自動排線，自動換極，自動纏PIN角，自動分線，自動剪線頭線尾。可存儲50種不同規(guī)格繞線方式。 采用奇為高速控制系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)口精密絲桿，進(jìn)口伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動，中文觸摸屏界面，追加上下軸運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu)三維運(yùn)動方式：X、Y、Z三軸方向連動，更實用夾小空間的分線和纏角，纏角更緊密更規(guī)則，所繞線包整齊一致，穩(wěn)定性高。 主機(jī)架構(gòu)及三維動機(jī)構(gòu)部分采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄造件，高精度加工，牢固可靠。 對應(yīng)于簡單更換夾具結(jié)構(gòu)，可在短時間內(nèi)進(jìn)行工裝夾具互換。 可選配安全光柵、氣動剪刀、伺服張力系統(tǒng)等。 適用范圍： Φ15-Φ42等散熱風(fēng)扇鐵芯高品質(zhì)繞線。 效率參考： Φ26鐵芯0.09線徑每極260T為例，約600pcs/h。
Model QMW-6210 winding machine is a 12 stations automatic winding machine, it contain a new proprietary technology developed by Qiwei, it including 6 stations for winding and 6 stations for loading and unloading. It also can store more than 50 different specifications winding way. In addition, in order to provide more kinds of winding ways, it can change tooling fixture in a short time. Model QMW-R6205 winding machine is an AC winder with 6 stations wire wrapping and 6 stations loading and unloading. This machine is suitable for winding the iron core of AC cooling fan. It can winding, cutting wire head and wire tail and exchange pole automatically. The main frame adopts high quality castings, CNC high precision processing makes it firm and reliable. Besides, it adopting QiWei high-speed control system, imported precision lead screw and imported servo motor driving. And this machine’s English touch screen makes it easier to operation.
