深圳市德固智能裝備科技有限公司，公司座落于創(chuàng)新之都深圳市經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)。公司主要從事：智能生產(chǎn)線的研發(fā)生產(chǎn)、繞線機(jī)生產(chǎn)開發(fā)、非標(biāo)繞線機(jī)設(shè)計；目前有：外無刷繞線機(jī)、內(nèi)無刷繞線機(jī)、物流滾筒繞線機(jī)、發(fā)卡線圈繞線機(jī)四大系列；為助力客戶盡快實現(xiàn)工業(yè)4.0自動化，可以服務(wù)與幫客戶整合實現(xiàn)機(jī)器人連線等；公司占地面積1400平方米，2018年銷售額達(dá)到2100萬，公司員工共有50余人，其中本科以上學(xué)歷占比百分之二十五以上。公司在2017年國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)無刷內(nèi)繞線架全自動組轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)，部分產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于自動連線；在2018年解決了超長型物流滾筒電機(jī)（繞線長度350毫米，外徑34毫米）的繞線方案，成功由機(jī)器替代人工，目前發(fā)明專利正在審核中；在2019年解決了骨架扁線繞線的技術(shù)難題，并且成功應(yīng)用于“阿爾法”繞線方式，公司的設(shè)備得到了：德爾福（上海）汽車推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)可，目前合作成功的客戶有：德爾福（上海）汽車推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)、富邦電氣有限公司、雷利科技有限公司、先鋒電器有限公司、富興機(jī)電有限公司、格力博江蘇股份有限公司等。 公司從成立之初就在江蘇常州鐘樓區(qū)設(shè)立了辦事處，目前常駐技術(shù)人員2名，主要服務(wù)于周邊客戶群體，做到及時高效處理；公司計劃于2021年第一季度在江蘇常州建立組裝調(diào)試生產(chǎn)車間，目前已尋找當(dāng)?shù)貦C(jī)械加工商進(jìn)行初步配合等。
Shenzhen degu Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the capital of innovation. The company is mainly engaged in: R & D and production of intelligent production line; production and development of winding machine; design of non-standard winding machine; at present, there are four series: external brushless winding machine, internal brushless winding machine, logistics roller winding machine, card issuing coil winding machine; in order to help customers realize industry 4.0 automation as soon as possible. The company covers an area of 1400 square meters, with sales reaching 21 million in 2018. There are more than 50 employees in the company, of which more than 25% have bachelor's degree or above. In 2017, the company pioneered the full-automatic assembly and rotation machine of brushless inner winding frame in China, and some products were used for automatic connection; in 2018, the company solved the winding scheme of super long logistics roller motor (winding length 350 mm, outer diameter 34 mm), and successfully replaced manual work by machine. At present, the invention patent is under review; in 2019, the company solved the technical problem of skeleton flat wire winding, and successfully applied it For "alpha" winding mode, the company's equipment has been recognized by Delphi (Shanghai) automotive propulsion system.
