1、磁滯測功機(jī)測試系統(tǒng)

磁滯測功機(jī)系統(tǒng)是基于磁滯測功機(jī)，加載控制器，電參數(shù)儀等外圍測試設(shè)備，通過LabVIEW編譯的軟件控制實現(xiàn)對電機(jī)性能的綜合測試。 可以計算并顯示多個參數(shù)（扭矩，轉(zhuǎn)速，輸出功率，電壓，電流，輸入功率，效率，轉(zhuǎn)向等），能夠進(jìn)行扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速開閉環(huán)控制及根據(jù)客戶要求訂制。
Hysteresis dynamometer test system is being developed base upon the hysteresis dyna-mometer, loading controller and power meter and so on, the software control compiled by LabVIEW realizes the comprehensive test of motor performance. It can calculate and display multiple parameters (torque, speed, output-power, voltage, current, input- power, efficiency, direction, etc.). It is capable of open loop/closed loop control on speed or torque, and can be customized upon the request of customer.
2、伺服電機(jī)加載測試系統(tǒng)

該系統(tǒng)配置伺服測功機(jī)來進(jìn)行測試，采用交流變頻回饋加載，加載能量通過交流負(fù)載發(fā)電機(jī)回饋給負(fù)載電阻消耗能量；扭矩、轉(zhuǎn)速通過扭矩傳感器直接測量，功率分析儀檢測電流、電壓、頻率和功率因素等，通過軟件自動過檢測，顯示并完成數(shù)據(jù)處理和報表曲線。
This system equipped with a servo dyna-mometer for motor loading performance test. Adopts AC frequency conversion feed-back loading, the energy is being consumed by resistors through the loading generator; torque and speed are measured directly by torque sensor, and the power analyzer detect the current, voltage, frequency and PF etc. Then automatically detect, display and complete the data processing and forms, curves through software.
3、電機(jī)壽命測試系統(tǒng)

五工位電機(jī)壽命測試系統(tǒng)是電機(jī)模擬負(fù)載耐久測試的專用設(shè)備。該系統(tǒng)由磁滯制動器，恒流源，工裝夾具，工控機(jī)，聯(lián)軸器，控制器，測試臺和測試軟件等組成，五個獨立通道互不干涉，能快速，精準(zhǔn)的檢測被測電機(jī)的電流，溫度等參數(shù)。

The system consists of hysteresis brake, constant current source, fixture, IPC, coupling, controller, test bench, test software and other components.
