本機(jī)采用微電腦程式控制系統(tǒng)。松下伺服電機(jī)，滾珠絲桿，及步進(jìn)電機(jī)等關(guān)鍵零部件組成； 本機(jī)采用伺服電機(jī)，要比普通交流電機(jī)效率高百分之三十。并且定位準(zhǔn)確，加、減速快； 繞線速度由控制器控制，繞線，排線，轉(zhuǎn)位，中間抽頭，定位，停車，自動(dòng)夾剪線均依設(shè)定程序自動(dòng)完成； 繞線速度高，圈數(shù)準(zhǔn)確，排線整齊，定位準(zhǔn)確，自動(dòng)夾剪線，減少線材損耗，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與生產(chǎn)效率； 本機(jī)采用全鋁合金機(jī)架，造型美觀大方，移動(dòng)方便。并且增加了防護(hù)裝置和光電保護(hù)感應(yīng)器，完全保護(hù)了操作人員在作業(yè)時(shí)的安全性。
