東莞知力自動化設(shè)備有限公司是國家級高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，主要從事電子工業(yè)用精細化學(xué)品設(shè)備及助劑、高端漆包線專用脫（溶）漆機/潛溶儀及精細工業(yè)化學(xué)助劑，高精密度電子材料、貴金屬回收助劑及機械等研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售。
EM系列潛溶儀是一種全新的漆包線脫漆設(shè)備，是東莞市中子電子材料有限公司特聘的臺灣專家團隊自2013年開始歷經(jīng)三年潛心研究，發(fā)明的一種革命性的漆包線脫漆方法并取得國家發(fā)明專利和業(yè)內(nèi)眾多客戶歡迎的脫漆設(shè)備。EM系列潛溶儀自2015年推出市場以來累計銷售上百套。
產(chǎn)品涉及電子電氣、汽車制造、金屬表面處理、貴金屬回收等行業(yè)。主要客戶有：TDK、HITACHI、三菱電機、東風(fēng)日產(chǎn)、德昌電機、正泰股份、中國偉翔等各涉及行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)。邦特公司自2007年起已連續(xù)七年獲得由工商局頒發(fā)的“廣東省守合同重信用企業(yè)”稱號。我們正努力將邦特打造成中國知名品牌。多年來通過技術(shù)引領(lǐng)市場，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展，邦特品牌已贏得業(yè)界客戶的充分認可，目前我們的主要客戶有東風(fēng)日產(chǎn)、正泰集團、中國偉翔、TDK、東莞珀韻等各行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)。產(chǎn)品目前已遠銷美國（USA）、法國（France）、墨西哥（Mexico）、印尼（Indonesia）、新加坡（Singapore）、日本（Japan）等國家。

The regeneration and recovery process of gold and silver developed by Bont during 2004-2006 is the most advanced technology in China nowadays, this process has increased at least 2.5 tons of gold and 30 tons of silver reserves per year for the world. The corresponding series of products and equipment are sold around the world.

EM系列潛溶儀是邦特公司推出的EM系列第二代機型。該機型集合了一代機EM-10/EM-11的優(yōu)點，并將機器內(nèi)部單元進行重新布局，使EM系列的機體體積大大縮小。EM系列通過調(diào)整軟件和提高硬件使脫漆時間短至3-8秒；適用漆包線線徑范圍擴展到0.1-5.0mm。通過逆變器原理使交流電源產(chǎn)生交變磁場，將潛溶劑分子離子化；促使漆包線有機漆膜的高分子鏈斷裂、溶解。
