珠海蓉勝超微線材有限公司，前身是廣東蓉勝超微線材股份有限公司。往前追溯，則是始建1985年的珠海蓉勝電工有限公司。是專業(yè)研制、生產(chǎn)與國防科技配套、汽車行業(yè)及其他高端電子產(chǎn)品的微細及特種漆包線生產(chǎn)商，是亞洲最大的專業(yè)微細漆包線生產(chǎn)基地。其生產(chǎn)的微細漆包線最細已達到人體頭發(fā)的1/8，達0.012毫米。
珠海蓉勝超微線材有限公司經(jīng)過30余年的發(fā)展，總資產(chǎn)達1.8億元人民幣。
公司產(chǎn)品目前已發(fā)展至不僅覆蓋中國大陸且延伸至歐美、其他地區(qū)的高端市場。汽車行業(yè)的知名終端大眾、豐田；家電電磁閥行業(yè)的知名終端如LG、三星、博世，西門子；微電機行業(yè)的知名終端尼康，佳能，本田等。產(chǎn)品系列已覆蓋漆包銅圓線、自粘漆包線、微細鍍錫線、小型扁平漆包線、合金線等，年生產(chǎn)能力達1.7萬噸；

蓉勝超微生產(chǎn)0.014mm-0.8mm規(guī)格段各種型號漆包線。產(chǎn)品主要用于電磁繼電器、微特電機、電子變壓器、電磁閥、各類線圈等小型和高精密電子元器件的制造，廣泛應用于只能控制、通訊設備、計算機及網(wǎng)絡、汽車、辦公自動化和個人電子產(chǎn)品等行業(yè)。

自粘線(Self-bonding wire)
自粘性漆包銅圓線是在聚氨酯、聚酯或聚酯亞胺等單層絕緣漆包線之上涂敷熱塑性樹脂或熱硬化性樹脂等自粘層，烘焙而構成二層結構的漆包銅圓線。本公司依各種絕緣漆層及自粘層搭配組合成多種自粘性漆包銅圓線。請按粘結方式及用途選擇合適線材。
The self-bonding wire is a copper conductor covered with two layers of coating self-bonding which may be thermoplastic or thermosetting resins over an monolayerinsulating copper wire made of polyurethane,polyester or other insulating resins.Our company expertly combined diversified sele-bonding copper wires according to different kinds of insolating coatings and self-bonding films.Please select the appropriate wires in accordance with the bonding methods.
合金線(Alloy wire)
我們提供多種不同的金屬，且具有各異特性，如電導率、機械特性、抗彎特性、溫度系數(shù)及耐腐蝕性等。蓉勝生產(chǎn)直徑從0.014mm到0.800mm（AWG58-24）的漆包銅線和裸銅線、鍍錫線，鍍銀銅線、鍍錫銅線和銅鎳合金線。
We offer various metals with very different characteristics such as conductivity,mechanical properties,bending proof performance,temperature coefficient and corrosion resistance.Ronsen produces enameled and bare copper wire,silver piated copper wire,copper tin wire,and copper nickel wire,all available from 0.014mm to 0.800mm(AWG 58-24).
