深圳市三通偉業(yè)科技有限公司(Shenzhen SanTong weiye technology co., LTD )于2014年成立于享有“創(chuàng)新之都”的深圳沙井，2017年將生產(chǎn)工廠搬至東莞長安，公司是一家集扁平線圈立繞設(shè)備的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、服務(wù)于一體，同是也配合客戶開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)加工各種扁平線圈，公司通過自己的設(shè)備生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的同時，對機器設(shè)備進行全方位的優(yōu)化與改良，使我們機器生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)更穩(wěn)定，機器性能更穩(wěn)定。

Shenzhen Santong Weiye Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) was established in 2014 in Shenzhen Shajing Subdistrict – “Two of Innovation”. Factory of the Company was moved to Chang’an Town of Dongguan City in 2017. The Company is engaged in the R&D, production, sale and service of flat wire winding equipment as well as the development and processing of all kinds of flat wires under the cooperation with clients. In addition to manufacturing products with the self-developed the equipment, the Company also makes efforts in the optimization and improvement of the machinery equipment with the aim of manufacturing products of consistent quality and keeping the machine performance stable.
Many technical personnel in the Company are the earliest ones who are engaged in vertical winding of flat wire and have provided service for clients including Delta, Pulse, Sumida, Sumida, EPCOS, TDK, Emerson, Everrise, Haiguang, Eaglerise and Mentech which are leading inductive and planar transformer manufacturers both at home and abroad. The technical personnel also provide technical supports for lots of inductive transformer manufacturers and flat coil producers.

3T-802扁平線立式繞線機
1、運用電腦控制，伺服驅(qū)動，可生產(chǎn)厚度0.2mm至6.0mm，寬度0.5mm至
10.0mm的各種扁平線圈產(chǎn)品（可生產(chǎn)扁平線截面積30 mm2以內(nèi)）；
2、機械調(diào)試簡單、方便、快速，只需更換模具即可；
3、主軸使用進口高精密數(shù)控車床加工，精度達到0.02mm以內(nèi)，生產(chǎn)薄線更穩(wěn)定；
4、運動多工位，可將扁平線圈在機器上自動成型；
5、采用windos操作界面，10寸液晶顯示屏，畫面清晰、直觀，操作簡單、易學(xué)；

運用電腦控制，伺服驅(qū)動，可生產(chǎn)厚度0.4mm至3.5mm，寬度2.0mm至10.0mm的各種立繞方孔、三角形、橢圓形扁平線圈產(chǎn)品（線材截面積30平方mm以內(nèi)）；可生產(chǎn)厚度0.4mm至3.5mm，寬度2.0mm至8.0mm的各種磁環(huán)扁平線圈產(chǎn)品（線材截面積20平方mm以內(nèi)）機器調(diào)試同規(guī)格線材，不需要更換模具，只需調(diào)整參數(shù)；機器調(diào)試不同規(guī)格的線材只需更換模具即可；運動多工位，可將扁平線圈在機器上直接成型、取料（也可以訂制加裝機器人）；采用windos操作界面，12寸液晶顯示屏，畫面清晰、直觀，操作簡單、易學(xué)；可保存各規(guī)格產(chǎn)品的調(diào)機參數(shù)，調(diào)用簡單、方便；動力系統(tǒng)為進口高精度伺服電機，與CNC控制系統(tǒng)配套，使機械系統(tǒng)運行更精密、穩(wěn)定機器在廠內(nèi)已大批量生產(chǎn)7.5*0.45、4.0*0.8、1*5等規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品，得到客戶的高度認可， 機器穩(wěn)定性更有保障。
