TG4040超軟導(dǎo)熱矽膠片(TG4040 Ultra Soft Thermal Conductive Pad)
擁有超高導(dǎo)熱效能和壓縮性(Shore00 35), 耐電壓值更高達(dá)15KV/mm, 為中高階導(dǎo)熱矽膠片中, 非常柔軟及具競爭力的材料。極適用於高功率的電子產(chǎn)品, 是熱銷國際市場的產(chǎn)品之一。
L37-3導(dǎo)熱矽膠片(L37-3 Thermal Conductive Pad)
為導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)達(dá)1.7W/m.K的初階導(dǎo)熱矽膠片, 具有極佳的柔軟性和高壓縮性, 是許多客戶指定使用的產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品以玻璃纖維為補(bǔ)強(qiáng)材增加挺性, 同時(shí)也增加其耐電壓的強(qiáng)度。
H48-2導(dǎo)熱矽膠片(H48-2 Thermal Conductive Pad)
為導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)達(dá)2.2W/m.K的中階導(dǎo)熱矽膠片, 其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在於厚度可達(dá)0.3~20mm, 并可以做背膠和特殊沖型部份。目前使用客戶眾多。
